Karthik Mohan is an independent music producer based out of Houston, Texas. He takes on a wide range of topics in his music videos, some of his music videos are light and breezy songs which make you enjoy the present moment, while some are a commentary on the society we live in and the complex issues surrounding us. His music does not conform to genres, he picks the genre based on the theme of the song. His original productions straddle the boundaries of pop, rock and Indian classical fusion. Karthik is also an active live performer and has performed in several events and venues.

Indian Classical Fusion – Karthik likes to present Indian classical songs with a touch of fusion. The fusion elements are minimized to keep the songs true to the soul of the raga but to a level which makes for wonderful listening in tune with the the songs of the current generation.
Hindi Cover Songs – Karthik grew up listening to songs from the golden age of Indian Cinema and this forms such an important part of Karthik’s influences. He loves presenting his renditions of songs from this era.
Tamil Cover Songs – Karthik did not grow up speaking a lot of Tamil but loves the Language and how poetic it is! It’s best to say he is more fluent in Tamil than he was earlier. He loves producing acoustic versions of some of the most famous Tamil songs. He gets a lot of help from his best friend Lav, who helps his with lyrics and proper diction.
